Lynda L. Sands, Attorney at Law (formerly Moerschbaecher)

Lynda L. Sands is known by many as one of the “leading attorneys in North America on the philanthropic transfer of wealth." She has served the non-profit and philanthropic community for 35 years and has trained more than a generation of financial advisors and planned giving officers. Her career in philanthropic planning began when joined Bank of America as a tax expert after earning double degrees as a juris doctor and masters in business administration. She then joined Yale University as assistant General Counsel. Two years later, she founded her own law firm in San Francisco, but she retained Yale University as a client for an additional nine years.

I provide highly personalized tax and estate planning counsel to families, with some relationships spanning decades into the next generation of those families.

As chair of my law firm's charitable sector practice, I represent foundations, donors and charities in negotiation and drafting of gift agreements to establish endowments, construct facilities and fund programs, including provisions covering restrictions on the use of funds, conditions to performance obligations and donor recognition through naming opportunities.

Dennis Walsh, CPA serves as a volunteer consultant to religious workers and exempt organizations, focusing on financial management, legal compliance, and organizational development. Randy Fox is a nationally known wealth strategist, philanthropic estate planner, educator and speaker dedicated to helping individuals, professional advisors, charitable institutions and planned giving organizations do well while doing good. His collaborative approach facilitates clients’ ability to preserve and transform wealth in ways that honor their goals and passions while passing values, responsibility and stewardship ethics to their heirs.

Richard L. Fox, Esq. is a shareholder with the law firm of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of charitable giving, private foundations, tax-exempt organizations, estate planning, trusts and estates, and family planning.  Mr. Fox is the author of the treatise, Charitable Giving; Taxation, Planning and Strategies, a Warren, Gorham and Lamont publication, writes a national quarterly bulletin on charitable giving, and writes and speaks frequently on issues pertaining to nonprofit organizations, estate planning and philanthropy.

Ron Brown

Ron Brown has served as Director of Gift Planning for Princeton University, United Way of America, the National Wildlife Federation, Fordham University, and from July 2015 to the present, Senior Philanthropic Advisor for Gift Planning at Columbia University. He serves as a Board member, a member of the Rates Committee, and chair of the Research Committee for the American Council on Gift Annuities (ACGA); he wrote the national Gift Annuity Survey Reports in 2014 and 2010.  He is a board member of the Philanthropic Planning Group of Greater New York and a member of the Planned Giving Advisory Council for the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, the Planned Giving Advisory Committee for Princeton University, and the CANARAS Gift Planning Council.

When Thomas M. Hubler began his family business consulting practice in 1980, he was one of the few professionals addressing family-owned businesses in the United States. Hubler has over 35 years of experience of working with families. While a good portion of that experience has been in working with business families, at the same time he is noted for his ability for peacemaking within families. Anthony Glomski is Principal and Founder of AG Asset Advisory, an SEC-registered investment advisory firm that works with tech entrepreneurs and business owners approaching liquidity.  He is an alumnus of KMPG, a member of the Milken Institute’s Young Leaders Circle and the Silicon Beach Surfers, and is involved with various charity organizations.  Anthony is a contributor on MariaShriver.com and is authoring a forthcoming book on how entrepreneurs facing liquidity events can make smart decisions about their wealth.
